February 2027 — incorporation + MSA
EnfinitOS Ltd incorporates in February 2027 alongside founder discharge. UK business banking is in place; we execute the Master Services Agreement once the entity exists.
April 2027 — platform launch
Platform goes live and your pilot activates against the agreed scope and success criteria.
The legal entity does not exist yet. EnfinitOS Ltd incorporates in February 2027 alongside founder discharge, and will not accept any payment until regulated UK business banking is in place. Your reservation costs you nothing today — it secures your place in the cohort, nothing more. If the platform or commercial model isn't what you expected when we contract, you walk.
